They handled all communication with our Homeowners Association to get approval, along with acquiring all necessary permits from the Town and receiving approval from our electric company. After signing the initial agreement/contract, I only had to sit back and wait for them to get everything together and get up on the roof. Their workers were polite and were done with the complete install within a week! (I am sure they would have been done faster had it not rained so frequently the week of install.) They also made sure the system is fully operational prior to having the finance company send us a bill. We are excited to see how much we save on electricity AND help the environment.
